4 Questions on My View of Wealth

4 Questions on My View of Wealth

by Bill High

When we think of financial wealth, there’s often little thought about its relative purposes. Sometimes those considerations come only after it’s been acquired or, worse, if it’s wreaked devastation on a family.

The reality is that the questions we ask near the end of our life are the ones we ought to ask at the beginning.

Here are 4 questions that provide guidelines for life:

  1. What is the purpose of wealth and money in my life? (In other words, what should it be used for?)
  2. What’s my philosophy and the biblical view of wealth acquisition?
  3. What’s my philosophy around wealth transfer?
  4. What’s my view on wealth preservation?

These are great questions to address as you develop a holistic view of your wealth—whatever amount that may be.
