We are getting ready to hold some annual performance reviews for our employees. There’s an entire form I need to complete that covers different areas of the employee’s performance.
In a similar vein, I can take all kinds of tests to measure my strengths, my leadership aptitude, my personality, my spiritual gifts and even my communication style.
But there are few tests to measure family health, let alone family legacy.
So I’ve made my first attempt at creating a family legacy assessment, online now. You’ll rate yourself in 10 areas for a total score, and get some ideas for next steps.
And I’m interested in your feedback. I want to know what questions you think are most important to assessing family legacy.
What do you think are the most critical questions related to assessing your family’s legacy?
